Getting Old and Shit

So tomorrow starts the last year of my rolling 20's. Unlike some of my other amigos, I'm not really sweating it. I did a few fake cries but no real anxiety attacks. I have one friend who can't even say thirty. She can only manage thh thh thh and then her shoulders collapse. I can look back and say I had a damn good time in my 20's. So I look forward to conquering the next stage as a wiser, stronger, and sexier senorita. I plan to travel to further destinations and get a few more degrees. Oh and a family would be nice too. Happy Birthday to me me me!

Sending Love & Fogg to you!!! Don't sweat it BFF!! Let me tell you something, 20's??? a whole lotta fun.....30's?? a whole lotta
SMART FUN!!!

Welcome to the next level of grown!
Wish I was there to celebrate it with you, it's all good though because we'll bring in 2008 together and make up for missing our b-days!!

I wish you many more, my friend, I am glad to have met you. I appreciate all of our convo's, texts, emails, and most of all the laughter. I wouldn't trade you in for a bucket of hot wangs, some Fogg, 3 Newports, a Pabst Blue Ribbon, and some Island Dyck.*reconsiders the Island Dyck, then thinks of L-Boogie*
kidding kidding. Have a blessed day, do WHATEVER YOU WANT and if anyone questions you tell them today is your day dammit!!!

My best friend's mom told me that the 30's were the best time of your life... old enough to know what to do, and enough money to do it.

The 30's have been the greatest time of my life, I am sure they will be for you, too.

Have a wonderful birthday,

Congratulations on filling up six hands worth of age.

I'm not going to lie. I turned 30 and it didn't initially set well. I didn't have the total breakdown but I'm still having moments. Hell, when people ask me how old I am I say 20-10.

But I'm getting used to it. I'm realizing what's important and who I want around me. It's agood time.

Love the blog...
